Critical Incident Debriefers
Victim Support Northern Ireland provides Critical Incident Debriefing services to organisations and teams affected by traumatic or critical incidents.
This service is delivered by trained and experienced debriefers and is designed to provide timely, structured support following distressing events.
The service is delivered in a group setting and can be offered as either a half-day or full-day intervention, depending on the number of people accessing the service and the needs of the organisation. Sessions provide a supportive environment where individuals can process events, normalise reactions, and reduce the risk of longer-term psychological harm.
Critical Incident Debriefing can be delivered on-site or remotely and is tailored to the specific circumstances of the incident. The service supports staff wellbeing, promotes recovery, and strengthens organisational resilience following critical incidents. Pricing is available upon request.
